- A Magical Flight for Two people in a 4 –
· seat Navion aircraft with pilots Dick and Richard McSpadden. The 30 minute flight will depart from Athens Ben Epps airport and include an aerial tour of Athens, the University of Georgia and Oconee County. Navion aircraft are known for their comfort, stability and safety. Pilot Dick McSpadden has over 5,000 flying hours in Navion aircraft and was recently named Navion pilot of the year. Pilot Richard McSpadden has over 5,000 flying hours, was a distinguished graduate in USAF pilot training, flew multiple types of fighter aircraft and capped hide career as the Commander and Flight Leader of the USAF Thunderbirds aerial demonstration team.

There is no need to visit Sea World with Indian River as your back yard.
From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the river and there is always some type of sea life activity.We have seen Manatees, Dolphins, Sea Otters, and Alligators as well as many different types of birds. The dolphins come to feed and play inthis area most nights around 5 to 6. They always put on quite a show.

Because this is a private vacation unit, there are many amenities that would not be found in arental unit.
