Titusville is located less than 45 minutes away from all of the majorthe theme parks in Orlando and less than 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach.However within 5 minutes of the condo is Canaveral National Seashoreand wildlife preserve.  There is no need to visit Sea World with Indian River as your back yard.

From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the river and there is always some type of sea life activity.We have seen Manatees, Dolphins, Sea Otters, and Alligators as well as many different types of birds.  The dolphins come to feed and play inthis area most nights around 5 to 6.  They always put on quite a show. 
This private condominium is in a gated community with tennis courts, pool, gym, sauna, and access to the dock.  Because this is a private vacation unit, there are many amenities that would not be found in arental unit.  For instance the Master Bedroom has a California King sleep number bed. 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bathrooms Master bedroom - King size bed 2nd bedroom - Queen size bed 3rd bedroom - 1 Twin and 1 Full size bed
